Karen and Tim Haab bought an existing Launceston jewellery shop in 2004 and built it into a family business on Coulter Court. Alongside custom commissions and remodelling work, they stock Ellendale diamonds, Argyle yellow and champagne stones, Tasmanian sapphires and zircons, and Australian pearls — a range that leans harder into local provenance than most suburban jewellers manage.
